Who can see the details of my background check?

Employers interested in viewing the results of background checks for talent on GloballyHired must conduct them after extending an offer. Hiring managers from the requesting company can then view the results. If other companies later also wish to check a candidates background and see the results, they must also first extend a job offer and initiate their own background check process via our platform.
