Changing your talent profile status on our platform is a simple way to manage how you appear to potential employers.

Passively Looking: Your profile stays visible to employers, indicating that you’re open to hearing about new opportunities even though you’re not actively seeking a job. This option is appropriate for those who are curious about what’s out there but not ready to jump ship.

Not Looking: Selecting this option hides your profile from employers entirely. It’s ideal when you’re not currently open to a new job and want a break from job inquiries.

You can switch between these settings anytime in the status dropdown of the app’s top navigation as it suits your current professional situation.
