How and when can I request professional references from talent?

You can request professional references from talent at the time you review their profile.

When logged in to your employer account on GloballyHired and looking at any talent profile, select the References tab to view the reference report for a candidate:

If the candidate does not have references yet, a Request a reference check option will appear on the References tab page:

A pop-up will appear asking you to identify how many direct manager and co-worker references you would like to request. Best practice is a minimum of three references, including two or more direct managers and one or more co-workers. For higher level roles, we recommend three or more direct manager references.
