What questions will my references be asked?

We ask your references to participate in a confidential survey evaluating the following key areas:

• Knowledge and performance: Your ability to handle tasks, manage workloads, and use essential tools.
• Communication skills: How well you communicate, receive feedback, and follow instructions.
• Teamwork and ethics: Your ability to collaborate, value diverse perspectives, and maintain integrity.
• Overall recommendation: Whether they’d recommend you to other employers and want to work with you again.

Upon completion, your profile will show the average ratings per statement calculated from the referees’ individual ratings on a scale of ‘Strongly Agree’ to ‘Strongly Disagree.’ It will also feature an overall score derived from cumulative ratings across all statements. This ensures a transparent and unbiased reference check process, while maintaining the confidentiality of your referees’ identities.

You can view your reference page by visiting Account Settings > [My references]. You will be able to see the average scores across all references you entered who have responded to the reference survey.
