I got an offer! How are background checks handled?

For a temporary/interim assignment, once you accept a job offer, our employer of record (EOR) partner will initiate a standard background check as a part of the onboarding process. All temporary/interim talent must successfully pass a standard background screening before their first day starting in the role. Standard background checks with our EOR usually take 1-3 days (drug tests can take longer). If the organization you’ll be working for requires an additional background check(s) above and beyond the standard, they will work with our partner, Checkr. You will receive an invite directly from Checkr to provide additional information to launch the process.

For permanent/direct-hire roles, your hiring organization may run background checks through their own internal process or they will use the background check services offered through our partner, Checkr.
