Will I be eligible to participate in a 401(k)?
Temporary/interim employees hired through GloballyHired will have the opportunity to participate in a 401(k) plan facilitated by our back-office partner, who serves as your Employer of Record (EOR). Upon accepting a temporary/interim job offer, you’ll receive an invitation to complete your onboarding process during which you can select from various benefits including 401(k) enrollment. If you choose to enroll in the offered 401(k) plan, you can opt to have the designated funds deducted from your weekly paycheck, or you may elect to pay directly.
