Our platform is free to join with NO monthly subscription fee. Like a traditional staffing and recruiting agency, employers pay a flat hourly rate on the hours worked by their temporary, interim, and fractional employees and a placement fee for any direct/permanent hires. Our rates are significantly lower than hiring direct with a staff company, faster and just as reliable. While job seekers will never pay us to find a job, we do charge a minimal one-time fee of $2.99 for users to verify their identity. That said, this service is currently optional, and the fee just covers our cost of providing it. We do not profit from it, but with more and more bad actors taking advantage of job seekers and companies alike, everyone benefits from this fraud-prevention measure.
