Tenant Representation Broker – Dallas–Fort Worth, TX 

GloballyHired has been engaged by a commercial brokerage in Dallas–Fort Worth to hire Tenant Representation Brokers for immediate hire. Brokers may manage paperwork and client coordination remotely, but must be in-market to tour properties, negotiate leases, and maintain client relationships.

Position Details 

Are you a savvy negotiator who enjoys helping businesses find the perfect space? As a Tenant Representation Broker, you’ll represent tenants in identifying opportunities, negotiating lease terms, and advocating for their best interests. 

You’ll conduct market research, tour properties, and analyze leases, working directly with businesses to secure spaces that fit their goals. You’ll also develop tailored site selection strategies, negotiate letters of intent (LOIs), and build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and other brokers to expand your client reach.  

The ideal candidate is results-driven, client-focused, and knowledgeable about Dallas–Fort Worth’s competitive commercial real estate market. 

What We’re Looking For 

2–5 years of brokerage, leasing, or real estate advisory experience. 

Active Texas real estate license required. 

Strong market knowledge of Dallas–Fort Worth’s office, retail, or industrial space. 

Negotiation and client relationship management skills. 

Ability to prepare financial comparisons and lease analyses. 

Comfortable prospecting and building a book of business.

Compensation 
This is a permanent role in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX. Compensation is commission-based with potential earnings ranging from $30–$70 per hour equivalent (approximately $60K–$145K annually), depending on deals closed.
