GloballyHired has been engaged by a leading commercial real estate firm in Phoenix, AZ to identify Transaction Specialists for immediate hire. This role is remote, enabling most deal coordination and documentation work to be completed remotely, with occasional office collaboration as needed.

Position Details 

As a Transaction Specialist, you’ll serve as the central hub ensuring deals move smoothly from contract to close. You’ll manage the flow of purchase, sale, and lease documents, coordinate due diligence, and keep all parties (attorneys, brokers, title companies, and investors) on schedule. Accuracy and timeliness will be key as you track deadlines, maintain compliance, and ensure every piece of the process is completed seamlessly.

In addition, you’ll provide direct support to brokers and asset managers by maintaining deal files, preparing reports, and communicating with clients to keep them informed. By managing the behind-the-scenes details, you’ll allow real estate professionals to focus on strategy while ensuring successful closings.

What We’re Looking For 

2+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, escrow, or related administrative roles.

Familiarity with purchase agreements, lease abstracts, and closing packages.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

Excellent communication and client service skills.

Detail-oriented with strong document management and compliance awareness.

Proficiency in DocuSign, transaction management platforms, and CRM systems.

Compensation 
This is a temporary, remote position based in Phoenix, AZ, with potential to transition into a permanent position. Compensation ranges from $24–$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, and is competitive with regional market standards.
