Position Details 

Are you an analytical professional with a passion for real estate markets and financial performance? Our client is seeking Real Estate Analysts who can evaluate potential deals, assess portfolio performance, and provide actionable recommendations to senior decision-makers. 

As a Real Estate Analyst, you’ll conduct market research, prepare pro formas, build financial models, and assist in due diligence for transactions. You’ll work closely with acquisitions, asset management, and development teams to ensure investments align with financial goals and market trends.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can translate complex data into clear insights, and brings both precision and strategic thinking to their work. 

What We’re Looking For 

2–5 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or market analysis. 

Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ARGUS a plus. 

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. 

Knowledge of real estate market fundamentals, valuation methods, and investment metrics. 

Ability to distill complex data into actionable reports and presentations. 

Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Compensation 

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. Compensation ranges from $40–$53 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, and is aligned with market standards for real estate analysts in the region.
