Position Details

As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll guide clients through buying and selling residential properties. You’ll conduct tours, market listings, and negotiate offers while building a client portfolio in Nashville’s competitive housing market.

What We’re Looking For

Active Tennessee real estate license required (or ability to obtain).

0–2 years of experience in residential sales or related customer-facing roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships through networking.

Knowledge of Nashville neighborhoods and housing market trends.

Entrepreneurial drive and self-motivation to grow a pipeline.

Willingness to attend open houses, client meetings, and community events.

Compensation
