This role is remote – administrative tasks can be handled remotely, but agents must be local to support showings, client meetings, and closings.

Position Details

As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions. You’ll conduct property tours, market listings, negotiate contracts, and provide insights on Los Angeles market trends to help clients make informed decisions.

You’ll also work closely with clients ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, helping them navigate one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country. With direct access to high-profile listings, you’ll sharpen your expertise in pricing strategy, negotiations, and market analysis while growing a strong local reputation.

What We’re Looking For

Active California real estate license required (or ability to obtain).

1–3 years of experience in residential sales (motivated new agents considered).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of Los Angeles neighborhoods, comps, and housing trends.

Ability to generate leads and grow a client book.

Familiarity with MLS systems and digital marketing strategies.

High level of professionalism and persistence in a fast-paced market.

Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation is commission-based, with potential annual earnings of $60K–$200K+, depending on deal volume.
