Property Manager – Philadelphia

GloballyHired has been engaged by our client, a national residential apartment company serving high-density commercial and business districts, to lead the search for experienced Property Managers in Philadelphia, PA.

Position Details 

Are you an organized, results-driven property professional who excels at balancing operational efficiency with tenant relations? We’re seeking Property Managers with experience overseeing leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and compliance for properties ranging from multifamily communities to retail centers.

As a Property Manager, you’ll:

-Adapt quickly to diverse property portfolios while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.

-Serve as the primary contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership.

-Manage budgets, oversee rent collection, and coordinate repairs.

-Ensure regulatory compliance and drive occupancy goals.

What We’re Looking For 

-3+ years of experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. 

-Proven track record in tenant retention, lease administration, and property performance. 

-Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and building codes. 

-Strong budgeting, vendor management, and operational oversight skills. 

-Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, or similar). 

-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.

Compensation 

This is a permanent, full-time, on-site opportunity with compensation ranging from $28–$35 per hour, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
