Product Manager – Remote, California

GloballyHired has been engaged by our client, an innovative digital media and technology company, to hire a Product Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position leading cross-functional initiatives to bring new products and features to market.

Position Details

Do you have a track record of successfully managing product lifecycles from concept to launch? Our client is seeking a Product Manager to define product strategy, gather requirements, align stakeholders, and oversee execution with design, engineering, and marketing teams.

As a Product Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end development process, from ideation and roadmap planning to release and performance monitoring. You’ll collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences, partner with developers to ensure timely and accurate delivery, and work closely with marketing to position new features successfully. You’ll also monitor KPIs and feedback loops to continually refine products and ensure alignment with company goals.

The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced in agile product development. This remote role requires availability during U.S. Pacific Time Zone (PT) business hours to ensure alignment with the client’s core team at their headquarters.

What We’re Looking For

4–7 years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, media, or tech.

Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide product decisions.

Ability to balance competing priorities and make data-driven tradeoff decisions.

Compensation

This permanent position offers a salary range of $110,000 to $145,000 annually, depending on experience, industry expertise, and leadership scope.
