Position Details 

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of properties. You’ll analyze market trends, monitor returns, and recommend strategies to maximize asset value. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining financial acumen with strategic decision-making and thrive in a fast-paced investment environment.

You’ll collaborate with asset managers, investors, and senior leadership to align property performance with investment goals. Additionally, you’ll oversee junior analysts or asset management teams, providing leadership and guidance to ensure accurate reporting and strong execution across the portfolio.

What We’re Looking For 

5–7 years of experience in real estate portfolio or asset management.

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and portfolio analysis skills.

Proven ability to identify underperforming assets and execute turnaround strategies.

In-depth knowledge of Arizona real estate markets and investment fundamentals.

Experience preparing reports and presentations for investors and executives.

Leadership ability to guide analysts or cross-functional asset teams.

Compensation 

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation ranges from $45–$70 per hour (approximately $90K–$140K annually), depending on experience and portfolio scope.
