Position Details 

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems to ensure safe and comfortable environments for tenants. You’ll handle inspections, respond to work orders, and perform preventative maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. 

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and takes pride in quality workmanship. You’ll also interact with tenants and staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of completed work orders, assisting with capital improvement projects, and contributing to preventative maintenance schedules that keep properties operating efficiently. 

What We’re Looking For 

1–3 years of maintenance, repair, or building operations experience. 

Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. 

Ability to diagnose and repair issues quickly and effectively. 

Strong commitment to safety and preventive maintenance. 

Customer service skills to interact with tenants and staff. 

Willingness to be on-call for emergency repairs as needed.

Compensation 
This is an on-site temporary position based in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX, with the potential to become permanent. Compensation ranges from $20–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
