Position Details 

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll combine technical know-how with leadership to keep properties running smoothly. Your day will include assigning and prioritizing work orders, inspecting repairs, and managing preventative maintenance programs for systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. You’ll also coordinate with vendors, oversee contracted projects, and ensure that safety and compliance standards are always met. 

Working closely with property managers, you’ll ensure both residents and tenants enjoy safe, comfortable, and well-maintained spaces. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take the next step in their career while remaining engaged in hands-on problem solving.  

What We’re Looking For 

3–5 years of maintenance experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, is a plus. 

Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Ability to assign, prioritize, and inspect maintenance work effectively.

Understanding of OSHA standards and property safety compliance.

Experience with vendor management and budget oversight.

Strong communication and leadership skills to train and support team members.

Compensation 

This is a full-time on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation ranges from $26–$38 per hour, depending on experience, with pay aligned to regional market standards for supervisory maintenance roles.
