GloballyHired has been engaged by our client, a leading residential property management company with communities across high-demand urban markets, to identify Leasing Agents in Dallas-Fort Worth who can drive occupancy and deliver outstanding resident experiences. This role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence for showings, tours, and tenant interactions.

Position Details 

Are you a persuasive, customer-focused professional who enjoys matching people with their perfect home? Our client is seeking Leasing Agents to showcase properties, build rapport with prospects, and close leases efficiently while upholding excellent service standards.

As a Leasing Agent, you’ll handle inquiries, conduct tours, process applications, and assist with marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with property managers to ensure units are move-in ready and occupancy targets are met.

The ideal candidate thrives in a sales-driven environment, is knowledgeable about the Dallas-Fort Worth market, and excels at building trust with potential tenants.

What We’re Looking For 

1–3 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (real estate or property management preferred). 

Strong sales and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. 

Ability to conduct property tours, explain lease terms, and process applications. 

Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and leasing best practices. 

Proficiency in leasing or CRM software; social media marketing skills a plus. 

Dependable, responsive, and able to build rapport with tenants and prospects.

Compensation 

This is a permanent Leasing Agent opportunity in Dallas-Fort Worth with pay ranging from $20–$25 per hour, plus potential lease bonuses.
