Position Details 

Are you a seasoned executive with a track record of steering companies through pivotal moments? We’re seeking Interim CEOs who can quickly assume leadership of organizations in transition—whether due to founder exits, board restructuring, M&A activity, or crisis recovery. 

As Interim CEO, you’ll serve as the operational and strategic lead, overseeing company performance, managing teams, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring business continuity. You’ll work closely with boards, investors, and department leaders to define priorities, rebuild confidence, and guide the company through short- to medium-term milestones. The ideal candidate brings clarity in ambiguity, thrives under pressure, and has a bias for decisive action. 

What We’re Looking For 

10+ years of senior executive leadership (CEO, COO, or Executive Director experience preferred). 

Proven ability to lead companies through transition, growth, restructuring, or turnaround. 

Strong P&L management, team-building, and cross-functional leadership skills. 

Experience managing board relations, investor communications, and company vision. 

Comfort stepping into new business models and rapidly assessing organizational health. 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and crisis management capabilities. 

Ability to hit the ground running and lead independently in high-stakes environments.

Compensation 

Interim CEO roles are typically structured as full-time or fractional contract positions. Compensation ranges from $150–$275+ per hour, depending on company size, complexity, funding stage, and the urgency of the engagement. Equity components or milestone-based bonuses may be available for turnaround or exit-related roles.
