Implementation Specialist – Remote, United States

GloballyHired has been engaged by our client, a leading healthcare technology company, to hire an Implementation Specialist. This is a full-time, remote position ensuring the successful onboarding and adoption of healthcare SaaS solutions across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.

Position Details

Do you enjoy working directly with customers to ensure technology drives better outcomes? Our client is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding, configure healthcare software systems, and provide training and support to medical and administrative staff.

In this role, you’ll gather client requirements, tailor workflows, manage deployment timelines, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery. You’ll also conduct training sessions, document best practices, and serve as the main point of contact during the critical implementation phase.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic to healthcare users, and able to bridge technical solutions with clinical and operational needs. This remote role requires availability during U.S. Central Time Zone (CT) business hours.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, or training.

Background in healthcare technology, EMR/EHR systems, or clinical operations strongly preferred.

Strong project management and client-facing skills.

Ability to translate technical solutions into user-friendly processes for medical staff.

Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting abilities.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.

Compensation

This permanent position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on healthcare industry experience and implementation expertise.
