Human Resources Manager – Tampa, FL

GloballyHired has been engaged by our client, a leading logistics and distribution company in Tampa, Florida, to immediately hire a HR Manager. This role offers the opportunity to oversee HR operations, support workforce growth, and drive employee engagement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position Details

Are you a seasoned HR professional who thrives in dynamic workplaces? Our client is seeking an HR Manager who can manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management while partnering with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

In this role, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and training to retention and succession planning. You’ll implement HR policies, ensure compliance with federal and Florida labor laws, and serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and executives. The ideal candidate is approachable, strategic, and capable of balancing day-to-day HR operations with long-term planning.

This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week onsite in Tampa and 2 days remote.

What We’re Looking For

5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.

Strong knowledge of federal and Florida employment laws and compliance standards.

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR).

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Compensation

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tampa, FL with an immediate start date. Compensation ranges from $80,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and scope of responsibilities. Candidates with multi-site or logistics industry experience may qualify for higher-tier opportunities.
