Position Details: 

Are you an accomplished Supply Chain leader with a track record of driving operational excellence across procurement, logistics, and inventory management? We’re seeking directors who are strategic thinkers, systems leaders, and change agents ready to lead complex, end-to-end supply chain operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments. 

In this role, you’ll oversee planning and execution across all key supply chain functions: vendor and supplier strategy, demand planning, inventory optimization, transportation, warehousing, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, and production. Your leadership will directly impact cost containment, service levels, and overall business agility. 

What We’re Looking For 

Proven experience leading supply chain functions, with a strong track record in director-level or senior management roles. 

Deep expertise in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution strategy. 

Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners, including 3PLs and global vendors. 

Proficiency with ERP and supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). 

Ability to design and implement strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability. 

A clear communicator and data-driven decision-maker who builds alignment across functions and drives continuous improvement.

Compensation 

Supply Chain Director roles are typically structured as full-time, onsite positions. Compensation varies by scope of responsibility, company size, and experience level, with pay typically ranging from $115,000 to $160,000+ annually. Candidates with experience managing multi-site networks or overseeing international supply chains may qualify for higher-tier roles.
