Property Manager – Austin, TX

This role is remote, with the expectation of periodic onsite visits to oversee properties and strengthen tenant relationships across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets.

Position Details 

Are you an organized, results-driven property professional who excels at balancing operational efficiency with tenant relations? Our client is seeking Property Managers in Austin, TX with experience overseeing leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and compliance for properties ranging from multifamily communities to retail centers. 

As a Property Manager, you’ll serve as the primary contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership. You’ll manage budgets, oversee rent collection, coordinate repairs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy goals.

The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, maintains exceptional organizational skills, and can quickly adapt to diverse property portfolios. 

What We’re Looking For 

3+ years of experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. 

Proven track record in tenant retention, lease administration, and property performance. 

Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and building codes. 

Strong budgeting, vendor management, and operational oversight skills. 

Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, or similar). 

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.

Compensation 

This is a full-time position based in Austin, TX. Compensation ranges from $21–$35 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses depending on portfolio size and experience.
