Future Paralegal Opportunities 

GloballyHired is expanding our on-demand hiring platform to support legal teams across the Los Angeles metro area. We’re building a network of experienced Paralegals to support law firms, in-house legal departments, and legal service providers in civil litigation, corporate law, real estate, and more. 

Position Details 

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented legal professional with experience supporting attorneys and managing case documentation? We’re seeking Paralegals who can conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and maintain organized case files while collaborating with attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced legal environment. 

In this role, you’ll support case preparation, manage client communications, review contracts, assist with filings, and ensure deadlines are met. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and experienced with legal systems such as Clio, MyCase, or similar practice management tools. 

What We’re Looking For 

3–7 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant. 

Familiarity with legal documentation, filings, and case management systems. 

Strong understanding of California civil procedures and court filing requirements. 

Ability to draft, proofread, and manage contracts, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence. 

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis). 

Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Compensation 

Paralegal roles may be full-time, temp-to-hire, or temporary-based, depending on employer needs. Typical compensation ranges from $28–$40 per hour, with higher rates available for roles requiring litigation support, corporate filings, or subject matter expertise in areas like employment law or IP.
