Position Details:

Are you someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and data-driven decision making? We’re seeking Inventory Specialists to manage stock movement, conduct cycle counts, and ensure inventory records match physical reality.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing materials, reconciling discrepancies, updating inventory databases, and collaborating with warehouse and procurement teams to maintain operational flow. Accuracy and attention to detail are key to success in this position.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in inventory control, stockroom, or warehouse operations.

Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP, or barcode scanning tools).

Strong math, organization, and computer skills (Excel proficiency is a plus).

Ability to perform physical inventory counts and lift up to 40–50 lbs.

Detail-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

Inventory Specialist roles may be full-time, part-time, or temporary depending on employer needs. Typical compensation ranges from $20–$27 per hour, with higher rates for candidates with WMS/ERP experience or specialized inventory backgrounds (e.g., cold storage, pharma, retail).
