Future Inventory Specialist Opportunities

Position Details

Are you someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and data-driven decision making? We’re seeking Inventory Specialists to help manage stock movement, perform cycle counts, and ensure inventory records match the physical inventory.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for tracking inbound and outbound inventory, reconciling discrepancies, updating inventory systems, and working closely with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Precision and attention to detail are essential.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

2–5 years of experience in inventory control, stockroom, or warehouse operations.

Familiarity with inventory management tools (e.g., WMS, ERP, or barcode systems).

Strong math, organization, and computer skills (Excel knowledge preferred).

Comfortable performing physical inventory counts and lifting up to 40–50 lbs.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Compensation

Inventory Specialist roles may be full-time, part-time, or temporary, based on employer needs. Typical pay ranges from $20–$27 per hour, with higher rates available for candidates with WMS/ERP proficiency or specialized experience (e.g., cold storage, pharma, high-volume retail).
