Position Details 

Are you an experienced finance executive who thrives in dynamic environments? We’re seeking Interim CFOs who can step into complex organizations and provide strategic financial leadership—whether during a funding round, restructuring, exit preparation, or executive leave. 

In this role, you’ll oversee financial strategy, cash flow management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You’ll partner closely with CEOs and boards to ensure fiscal health, guide business planning, and lead finance teams through transitional periods. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable making decisions under pressure in fast-moving environments. 

What We’re Looking For 

10+ years of finance leadership, including prior CFO or VP of Finance experience. 

Proven ability to manage cash flow, forecasting, and strategic planning. 

Experience with capital raises, M&A, restructuring, or investor relations.

Strong command of GAAP, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. 

Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP). 

Excellent communication and leadership skills with a consultative approach. 

Ability to hit the ground running and operate independently.

Compensation 

Typical compensation for interim Chief Financial Officers ranges from $100–$175+ per hour, depending on the scope, company size, and complexity of the engagement. Higher rates may apply for roles involving fundraising, turnaround, or multi-entity financial oversight.
