Position Details: 

Are you a detail-oriented Buyer with experience in purchasing for logistics, warehousing, or distribution environments? We’re looking for professionals who can manage day-to-day purchasing activities: placing orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with vendors while keeping cost, quality, and reliability top of mind. 

As a Buyer, you’ll collaborate closely with operations, inventory, and finance teams to maintain optimal stock levels, support fulfillment timelines, and manage vendor communications. You’ll help evaluate quotes, issue purchase orders, monitor supply schedules, and maintain purchasing records in ERP systems. 

What We’re Looking For 

Experience in buying, procurement, or purchasing roles—ideally within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing. 

Strong vendor communication and negotiation skills. 

Ability to issue and manage purchase orders, monitor inventory, and forecast demand. 

Proficiency with ERP or purchasing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). 

Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail is critical. 

A proactive and dependable team player who thrives in fast-paced operational environments.

Compensation 

Buyer roles may be full-time, temp-to-hire, or temporary-based depending on employer needs. Typical compensation ranges from $55,000–$75,000 annually, with higher rates for candidates with advanced ERP proficiency or relevant industry certifications.
