Facilities Manager – Phoenix, AZ 

GloballyHired has been engaged by a commercial property group in Phoenix, AZ to identify a Facilities Manager for an on-site temporary engagement. This role is focused on overseeing building operations, maintenance, vendor management, and tenant relations to ensure smooth, compliant, and financially successful property performance.

Position Details

As a Facilities Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring buildings are well-maintained, safe, and aligned with ownership’s performance goals. You’ll oversee vendor contracts, coordinate maintenance schedules, and manage budgets while maintaining strong tenant relationships.

This role is ideal for professionals who can balance hands-on operational oversight with long-term planning. You’ll work closely with leasing teams, ownership, and maintenance staff to ensure tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience in property or facilities management.

Strong knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and maintenance oversight.

Experience with budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.

Excellent communication and customer service skills for tenant relations.

Knowledge of Arizona compliance and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency with property management software platforms.

Compensation

This is an on-site temporary role based in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation ranges from $28–$45 per hour, depending on experience and portfolio scope.
