Interim Director of Investor Relations (Real Estate) – Phoenix, AZ

GloballyHired has been engaged by a leading real estate investment and development firm in Phoenix, AZ to identify an Interim Director of Investor Relations for immediate hire. This position is critical in building investor trust, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting capital-raising initiatives.

Position Details 

As an Interim Director of Investor Relations, you’ll serve as the bridge between the firm and its investors. You’ll manage communications, prepare and deliver performance reports, and organize investor meetings and capital-raising initiatives.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, financial expertise, and the ability to partner with executives to craft messaging that builds investor trust. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring investors remain engaged, informed, and confident in the firm’s long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage day-to-day investor communications and respond to stakeholder inquiries.

-Prepare quarterly reports, investor decks, and market updates.

-Support capital-raising efforts by coordinating investor meetings and presentations.

-Maintain accurate investor databases and reporting systems.

-Partner with executives to develop messaging and materials for fundraising campaigns.

-Monitor Phoenix and national CRE market trends to provide investors with timely insights.

What We’re Looking For 

-8–10+ years of experience in investor relations, real estate finance, or capital markets.

-Proven track record managing institutional investor relationships.

-Strong presentation, communication, and reporting skills.

-Ability to prepare and deliver polished investor materials.

-Knowledge of real estate investment trends in Phoenix and across the U.S.

-Experience leading or supporting fundraising and capital-raising campaigns.

Compensation 

This is an interim, hybrid position based in Phoenix, AZ, with potential to transition into a permanent role. Compensation ranges from $60–$90 per hour (approximately $125K–$185K annually), depending on experience and engagement scope.
