GloballyHired has been engaged by a commercial real estate firm in Phoenix, AZ to identify experienced Brokers for immediate hire. While documentation and research may be handled offsite, brokers must be available locally to support leasing and sales transactions across office, retail, and industrial properties while delivering market insights that support client goals.

Position Details 

As a Commercial Real Estate Broker, you’ll represent businesses, investors, and landlords in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. You’ll source opportunities, structure and negotiate deals, and provide clients with market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

-Represent clients in sales, acquisitions, and leasing of commercial properties.

-Source and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

-Negotiate deal terms and ensure smooth closings.

-Provide clients with up-to-date market data, comps, and financial analyses.

-Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support repeat business.

-Collaborate with landlords, tenants, investors, and property managers.

What We’re Looking For 

-Active Arizona real estate license required.

-2–5 years of experience in commercial brokerage (office, retail, or industrial).

-Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

-Knowledge of Phoenix CRE market trends, comps, and investment drivers.

-Proven ability to source leads and grow a client book.

-Excellent presentation, networking, and communication skills.

Compensation 

This is a permanent position based in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is commission-based, with potential earnings ranging from $60K to $200K+ annually, depending on performance and deal volume.
