What happens after they’re hired?

We handle background screenings, benefits & payroll enrollment, and other HR onboarding administration for your contract hires. We also cover their worker’s comp, unemployment insurance, and other standard employment expenses.

Payroll, benefits and invoicing

Payroll & taxes

Per standard practice, your contractors will submit their hours to you for approval each week. We’ll then take care of payroll (with the usual deductions) and you’ll receive a single invoice from us, no matter how many of our contractors you have on staff.
