What do the assignment types mean?
At GloballyHired, we offer a variety of at-will W2 employment assignments to suit diverse business needs, providing flexibility and talent on demand:
*Project Assignments: Tailored for specific, finite projects with defined objectives and deadlines, these assignments are perfect for employers in need of specialized skills to achieve project goals within a specific timeframe. The assignment concludes upon project completion.
*Temporary Assignments: Ideal for employers needing to fill roles for a limited time, whether to cover for employee absences or manage increased workloads during busy periods. The duration is flexible, typically established at the start of the assignment.
*Temporary to Hire: This option allows employers to assess a W2 contractor’s performance temporarily with an option for permanent employment. It serves as a valuable trial period to ensure a good fit before committing to a long-term engagement.
*Interim Assignments: Focused on filling senior-level positions temporarily, often during transitional phases such as executive leave or the search for a permanent candidate. These roles are essential for sustaining leadership and operational continuity.
*Fractional Assignments: These involve engaging professionals in executive roles (e.g., CFO, CMO, COO) on a part-time or fractional basis. It’s a cost-effective strategy for accessing expert advice and leadership without the full-time commitment.
*All employment types are at-will, meaning they can be concluded at any time by either the client employer, the W2 contractor, or GloballyHired and its Employer of Record partner. There is no guarantee of a fixed start or duration, hours, schedule, work location, or specific responsibilities, offering ultimate flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
