What is stealth mode? When would I use this?

GloballyHired’s stealth mode feature lets you control who can view your talent profile. This feature is beneficial for those who wish to limit the visibility of their profile from their current employer or other organizations.

Once logged in to your Talent profile, under Account settings > Security and privacy, go to Stealth mode. Simply add the email domain of the employer(s) you want to prevent from viewing your talent profile, starting with the @ symbol. For example, if you list @globallyhired.com, it will prevent any user whose email contains “@globallyhired.com” from seeing your profile.

While we cannot guarantee complete secrecy, and understand that employers may discuss the talent they find on our platform, stealth mode significantly reduces the chances of companies discovering your presence on GloballyHired.
