First, you’ll want to end the temporary assignment with the talent.

Then, send a new offer of permanent employment.

Upon acceptance of the offer by the talent, we’ll send you a separate invoice for the (industry-low) conversion fee. You then become the talent’s legal employer of record and begin to handle payroll, benefits, and other typical HR responsibilities.
