How much does GloballyHired cost?

GloballyHired is free for job seekers, allowing users to chat and interview with interested employers, respond to offers, and get hired directly on the platform. To ensure our platform’s utmost safety and integrity, we’ve partnered with Veriff, a leading identity verification service to authenticate talent users. There is a one-time fee of $2.99 to verify your identity. Once verified, you’ll receive a badge (a green Veriff check mark) on your profile, letting employers know you’re who you say you are. While this verification is currently optional, it will become a requirement in the future.

This is the only fee you’ll ever encounter as talent on our platform.

Employers

Joining GloballyHired is completely free with no monthly subscription fees. A charge to employers only applies upon successful placement of talent with that employer. This charge is billed on the hire’s start date for permanent roles or invoiced weekly for hours worked on temporary/interim hires. Our pricing is transparent and consistent, compared to traditional staffing methods that fluctuate in price based on role specialization, volume, location, contract duration, and more.

Here is an overview of our pricing:

Permanent/direct hire

We charge a one-time placement fee of 7.5% of the employee’s first year’s salary for permanent/direct hires. This is significantly lower than the 15% and 35% of the first year’s salary charged by most traditional staffing agencies.

Temporary/interim hire

Our markup on the temporary/interim employee’s hourly rate is 43%, compared to industry rates ranging between 60% and 85% (or more) on the hours worked. This rate includes the required payroll taxes and insurances associated with FICA, Medicare, unemployment, and workers’ comp, as well as a small payroll and administration fee for us.

Temp-to-hire conversion

Our temp-to-hire conversion fee is just 7.5% of the first year’s total compensation, instead of the usual 20% to 25% charged by traditional staffing agencies.
