How do I create an account?

  1. Go to the signup page and select your account type: I’m hiring for my team (employers), or I’m looking for work (job seekers).
  2. Click Continue to proceed to the respective sign-up page.

Choose your account type: I’m hiring for my team for employers, or I’m looking for work for job seekers.

  1. Enter your email address (first and last name, and company email for employers). For a quicker sign-up, you can continue with your existing Google account instead.
  2. Create a strong password that meets the following requirements:
      • At least 8 characters long
      • At least one uppercase letter
      • At least one lowercase letter
      • At least one number
      • At least one special character.

Sign up for a job seeker account

  1. Carefully review and agree to GloballyHired’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Click Sign up to agree to the terms and proceed.
  2. Verify your account. Wait for a verification email to arrive in your inbox. Open the link provided in the email to complete your account setup. You’ll then be directed to log in to your account.
  3. Once verified and logged in, job seekers must confirm their eligibility for employment to ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and the overall integrity of our platform:
      • Age requirement: 18+ to comply with labor laws.
      • U.S. work authorization: All users must have valid U.S. work authorization.
      • W-2 Employment agreement: GloballyHired offers W-2 employment exclusively. By agreeing, you acknowledge your intent to work as a W-2 employee if hired, be it on a permanent or temporary basis.

Job seekers must meet work eligibility requirements to create account

  1. Click Continue once you’ve completed the eligibility questions.
  2. The final step is to complete your Employer or Talent profile. Your account will be fully activated once your completed profile has been approved by our team. We aim to approve profiles as soon as possible (no more than 1-2 business days).
