How do I change company/organization name?

We refer to all organizational types as companies. For security purposes to change your company name or your website URL please contact our team via the help center.  Other information about your organization can be changed in your Account Settings such as your logo, about your company and other profile information.

Why do we need to review these changes? 

To ensure the authenticity each new account undergoes a thorough review to ensure it meets our terms and conditions for platform usage.

What should I do if I have a minor edit or typo? 

Not to worry! If you need to make minor edits to your company name or URL, such as correcting typos while still representing the same organization just contact us via the help center. Our dedicated team will investigate and assist in making any necessary adjustments. We are here to help!
