Position Details
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the welcoming face that prospects meet when they first explore a community. You’ll answer inquiries, conduct engaging property tours, and highlight the features that make each unit stand out. Beyond showcasing properties, you’ll guide applicants through the leasing process: from explaining lease terms to ensuring applications are completed accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with property managers, you’ll make sure units are move-in ready and residents feel valued from day one. This is a people-first role where strong communication and trust-building translate directly into helping individuals and families find their next home.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain lease terms and guide prospects through applications.
Comfort with property management or CRM software.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
