  • Be Safe: Do not meet or interview in private homes or non-identifiable business locations that could carry a higher degree of risk. Interview via video, or onsite at an official listed business. Aways double check if the location you are being asked to go to is valid and publicly verifiable.

  • Dedicated Project Completion: When you accept a project, it’s not just a commitment to deliver work; it’s a promise to provide your best effort. Strive for excellence in every task you undertake.   • Respect Deadlines: Time management is crucial for our employer customers. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines that you have agreed upon with clients. If you foresee any potential delays, communicate promptly and professionally. Transparency and proactive communication can help maintain trust and avoid misunderstandings.
  • Respect Employer Property: Be respectful at all times and take careful safeguards to never share  or save confidential information. Never transfer, provide, loan or give others access to any intellectual or physical property of the clients. Return all materials, information, and property of the Employer client in a timely manner.
  • Track all time worked and enter it weekly. Off the clock work is not allowed. This includes your worked scheduled shifts, time required for timekeeping, breaks required by law, required harassment trainings, entering the client site, returning equipment or property at the end of the assignment, and/or all working time while on assignment. Meal breaks should be entered as such and not paid time unless required by local, state or federal law.
  • Adhere to Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy: Take the time to thoroughly read and understand the platform’s terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy. These documents are in place to protect your rights and those of your clients. By adhering to them, you contribute to a transparent and secure environment for all community members.

For Employers:
